Prior to joining Cable & Wireless, he spent seven years as Corporate Marketing Director with European Silicon Structures (ES2), a European
start-up ASIC company. Chris also spent a number of years in the PC software industry where he was European Managing Director for Perfect Software, the first company to bundle personal
productivity tools with PCs.

The early part of his career was spent
with Texas Instruments and Motorola Semiconductors where he was a Senior Product Manager and Sales Manager for the 9900 and 68000 Microprocessor families.
Chris started his career in the Advanced Research and Development of International Computers Ltd (ICL) in Stevenage working on the earliest microprocessors and the first dynamic memories
